General Training Course

This will be a general course taken by Sensei Croft covering various aspects of karate training.

• Sunday 22nd January (The Heian Kata)

Times: 10 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. – All grades

Martial Qigong Course

On Sunday 17th June, a course will be taken by Sensei Croft and cover the theory and practice of Qigong.

Brown and Black belt training

On Sunday 22nd April, a course will be taken by Sensei Croft and cover intermediate and advanced techniques.

Venue: Chesham Park Community College, Chartridge Lane Chesham

Times: 10 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. – Brown and Black belts

Times: 11.45 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. – Black belts only

Cost: First session: £8 Both sessions: £10
