A 2-days seminar taking place in the vicinity…

On the 30th of June and the 1st of July, Iain Abernethy and Kris Wilder will be holding a seminar which theme is “Reframing your art for the next level”.  The main objective of the course is about knowing what is valuable, understanding the value, and then applying it with two goals in mind, mastery of movement and mastery of the mind. The following will be covered:

– Understanding how the brain can help or hurt
– Exposing the error in your practice
– Generating power and improving speed
– Tactical positioning
