Don’t miss your chance to train with the EKF National Kata Coaching Team.

On the 6th September the first of a two part, online kata programme will commence. The first part will be focused on Shotokan followed by a subsequent session (date TBC) focusing upon Shito Ryu.

The Shotokan session will be led by Head Kata Coach, Ady Gray and Assistant National Coach, John Gardiner. This will commence at 11am and is an event being offered to EKF members free of charge.
