Coming up on the 19th December will be two online sessions for all EKF
members, free of charge. The first will take place at 10am and will be
led by South West Head Kumite Coach Jerome Kumedzina, followed by South
Region Kata Head Coach Nariman Jeddi at 11am. These sessions will take
place via the online platform Zoom.
